With the end of October coming up, the average temperature has dropped into the low teens and hitting freezing temperatures at night. We have also had an increase in high wind days, but we’re making progress with the glass and French balcony installation, exterior painting and interior dry-walling work. Electrical work is being completed and permanent power is expected for November!
