The Hardman Group has a history of success in St. John’s commercial real estate market. One of the earliest development projects in our portfolio is the construction of The Avalon Mall – a popular retail destination well known as “the place to shop” in the St. John’s area. HGL’s founder, William B. Hardman, brought this very successful project to the city in 1967. Avalon mall has continued to thrive and is now the largest shopping centre in Newfoundland and Labrador.
