MIX Wins Heritage Award

Newfoundland’s Heritage Day falls on the third Monday in February. Each year, on this day the City of St. John’s takes the time to recognize individuals and businesses for their outstanding heritage restoration efforts and commitment to protecting the province’s identity through smart heritage development. We’re happy to announce that in 2019, our project team  received the award for Rehabilitating an Older Building, Including Successfully Integrating Modern Elements. On behalf of the Hardman Group, we’d like to say “thanks” to everyone who has worked on bringing 345 Duckworth Street (MIX) back to the City of St. John’s. Our Project Manager, Janet Gomes accepted the award on behalf of the entire team.
